He is just plain stupid. His method DOES NOT WORK.
Why he can't see it is just baffling.
But I'll give Bronco credit. He's done a good job insulating his job with the mission president/fireside schtick. He is a crafty guy and he's realized he can get several years of mediocre performance by appeasing the ultra-orthodox Mos in the fan base. Very smart.
