his job is to win football games. and the whole "father figure life-changer"
idea is NOT a BYU-only thing. most CFB players love their head coach like a father. most of them do great things in the community and with their team.
granted, at BYU it's probably at the upper-end of that spectrum but i hate this argument that because bronco runs a clean program and is a great guy we should be satisfied.
he's a football coach, not a mission president.

And other college football coaches don't do that? The BYU atmosphere would seem to reenforce those characteristics
