and we should all review the definition of "clean program":
it means that when a player screws up, the university will not sweep it under the rug. byu absolutely punishes players. in fact, they overpunish.
it does not mean that a certain coach's players will never screw up. all coaches have players who screw up. these are testosterone filled 19 year olds who've gotten away with most everything they wanted in high school. and, bronco has had plenty of players who've 'screwed up'. the next guy will run a "clean program" just like bronco has. bronco shouldn't get credit for that. the honor code should.
