I don't know if this qualifies as garbage...
ASU: TA&M and New Mexico (who beat Boise and Utah State this year)
Cal: Texas (true probably garbage this year), and San Diego State (division champ in MWC)
Washington: Boise and Utah State
Arizona: Yep, pretty much all garbage.
That's besides the point though. These teams are all much more talented than ECU and Cincy. It's not even close. Cincy would probably be favored in 2 games, and ECU 1 in the P12.
Boise is right in the mix with these teams, but there's no way you can argue Cincy and ECU are better wins than wins over any of the schools listed above.
