Western Washington/Oregon, Northern/SW Idaho, or Western Montana. Best parts of

the country, IMO, as long as you are okay with snow in winter. Strong LDS presence (1-15%) without being overwhelming. Greatest scenery you'll find. Fantastic all-season outdoor opportunities. Great people (especially if you avoid living directly in the major cities). Sounds like you don't like cold, though.
