I'm completely SOLD on tisdaplace as having a LEGIT source.  He said it's happening and I trust his source via his history here.

Here's the timeline I've pieced together.

Dec 4th, TEN days ago he (tisdaplace) informed us that Ken was interviewing for the BYU job.  I assume this was via phone/videoconferencing to gauge interest and talk initial terms (pre-negotiation).  Ken was very busy with prep for CGD and Army game and kept things underwraps as much as possible.  I assume more negotiations between Ken and his agent and BYU occurred during the next few days.  

Dec 9th, he was the first to let us know that all the BYU Offensive coaches except Holladay were following Bronco to UVA.  That was confirmed by the media nearly 4 hours later.

Dec 10th, leaks must have been gettting leakier as Ken's agent confirms that he's planning to interview at BYU after the Army/Navy game.  This irks Navy AD and he doesn't hide it.  Interview set for Dec 14th.

Dec 11th, tisdaplace says Ken is to receive an official offer/contract from BYU that day ... I'm sure this is contingent on his BOT/Q12 interview going fine.

Dec 14th, Ken interviews in Provo and apparently passes all the tests/interviews and confirms he's coming ... just has to get back to VA to inform his AD/coaches/players IN PERSON that he loves them, but feels impressed to move on and become BYU's head coach.  

Also, based on this thread, tisdaplace seems like he knows an awful lot about contracts and law in general...  I found that ... interesting.

In another intersting thread, he seems very down on the idea of KWhitt as a possible HC (I happen to agree with him whole-heartedly ... but he may actually know that KWhitt's not a viable option for BYU and is doing some damage control pre-emptively).  

Some have been mentioning tonight that they have accepted all the rumors/leaks about Ken being the guy, and have moved on to how he will flesh out his staff.  

Assuming the above timeline is correct and accurate, TH can only be going to Oregon to try to sway Sitake to coming in as Asst HC/DC.  I think he comes if we can find the money to do it.

I'm still sticking with my predictions/hopes from around midnight Dec. 9th:  Ken HC, Sitake Asst HC/DC, Detmer OC, Holladay WR, Kaufusi DL, Sark QB, others???  All those are looking like realistic possibilities although many of them were laughed at initially (Detmer and Sark esp).
