Exactly which guy is going to be the back to the hoop post up guy the offense is going to run through? Davis? Kaufusi? Austin? Or Collinsworth? Because those are your 3-4 choices, and with this personnel, that offense makes zero sense. None of those guys play that style of game.

In a year when Mika and Dustup are back I can see it. Those guys have the size and post skill to do it, and we saw Mika do it pre-mission at times. But for now, this roster is clearly guard and perimeter oriented, and Rose is trying to play to strength. And sometimes it gets ugly, like today, when guys brick their shots.

This team has serious limitations, and the offense style is built to play to strength, which is not in the post. It is on the perimeter. And when those guys shoot it as awful as today, they can lose to anyone. And today they did.

This team will still win 20-games, so they aren't awful, they are just not special as a team. Best case is get hot and win the WCC Tourney, but most likely is NIT. Which probably suits the overall talent of the team this year.
