Two flaws...
...too many streaky shooters (Fischer and Emery) and too much depends on KC. If teams defend him well or he has a bad game we typically lose.
In the case of KC, he's had 5 yrs in the program to develop a reliable outside shot and FT stroke. His FT shooting has improved but not to the level it needs to be.

Think he's saying the players need to man up and play. Doesn't see coaching as the problem. Maybe wrong though.
