Always late on the close out of the weak side 3 when it swung that way
In the zone, as soon as the ball went into the strong side high post, if it was kicked out then passed to the weak side 3, he was always late. Always. I agree that aside from that, his one on one defense (man) was good.

Think he's saying the players need to man up and play. Doesn't see coaching as the problem. Maybe wrong though.
