it can be very tough to walk the line between getting a young player to learn what a good shot is and killing his confidence. BYU needs Emery to play. Rose doesn't have the luxury of sitting him for long stretches. Emery's shot selection could improve, no doubt about it, but sitting him, as you suggest, is not the answer. Who is going to get his minutes? There's no one there.
