Kyle became the PG over Carlino. Carlino was a very good PG when he played within his strengths. A failure to hold him accountable and coach him within his strengths led to his benching and ultimate transfer.

Kyle is not a very good PG but an otherwise excellent player who belongs at forward.

Coaches need to hold players accountable with just enough freedom to play within their demonstrated strengths.
