It is demonstrably true. Worst passer rating in the NFL. 9/17 TD/INT ratio.
He is beyond awful. He does not belong in the NFL.

Why are people mocking the 39 year old winning QB
Bravescoug
2/8/16 8:21am
They're ageists.
Hoosier Cougar
2/8/16 8:22am
Because he played like crap and he is the worst QB to have ever won a super bowl
Josef K
2/8/16 8:23am
You serious? This is a silly statement, he had a terrible season, but was not

Dilfer was much better than Manning.

Which is great. I like Mannnig a lot. But he is a TERRIBLE QB.

No longer tied with Favre on wins - yesterday was 200 for Peyton
BYUFam1
2/8/16 8:51am
Yep, that win put him as the all time wins leader
goose
2/8/16 8:54am
Top three QB of all time.
Josef K
2/8/16 9:00am
I get that, but he was hurt for most of the season, he knew his role and.....

That is a demonstrably false statement

Josef K
2/8/16 8:39am
Carson Palmer, Brian Hoyer, and AJ McCarron all had worse post season QB ratings
workindev
2/8/16 8:43am
Okay. If you want to discuss this post season: 9.9 post season QBR. WORST EVER.
Josef K
2/8/16 9:04am
Meh, it happened to one of the all time greatest. He knew his place and his role

The ole ball scratch / handshake on your sig gif
workindev
2/8/16 8:47am
He actually didn't play like crap. He couldn't convert in the red zone, and

Why is it mocking to say he played poorly? Are you related?
SouthernBlueBlood
2/8/16 8:23am
Yes
Bravescoug
2/8/16 8:30am
Apparently because he's white
LV Mike
2/8/16 8:26am
What?
scootsy
2/8/16 8:33am
Oh, right . . . whites can't use the race card. My bad.
LV Mike
2/8/16 8:35am
I have absolutely no idea what you're talking about. Regardless, why should whites be allowed to use the race card?
scootsy
2/8/16 8:50am
White isn't a race??????
ByuMba90
2/8/16 8:57am
Pay them no mind. They don't understand why it's cool
Cochise Cat
2/8/16 8:26am
did Newton play worse?
smokymountainrain
2/8/16 8:26am
Much
Bravescoug
2/8/16 8:29am
Higher QBR, more yards passing, despite playing against a better defense.
smokymountainrain
2/8/16 8:30am
Didn't attempt to recover a fumble that was his for the taking when
LV Mike
2/8/16 8:34am
so you're saying he made mistakes and didn't play well. pretty sure that
smokymountainrain
2/8/16 8:35am
You're saying game losing "mistakes" are not part of the "play well" equation?
LV Mike
2/8/16 8:43am
again, did I say Newton played well?
smokymountainrain
2/8/16 8:44am
You suggested he played better than the winning QB based on stats
LV Mike
2/8/16 8:47am
I didn't say he played better. I listed some reasons one could argue
smokymountainrain
2/8/16 8:49am
He also had more turnovers, and was completely incapable of scoring points
workindev
2/8/16 8:35am
is somebody saying he played well? wow. reading comprehension isn't
smokymountainrain
2/8/16 8:36am
Uh, you did
workindev
2/8/16 8:44am
I guess I'm not seeing the part where I said he played well.
smokymountainrain
2/8/16 8:50am
More yards passing because Carolina had to pass, Denver called a conservative
gilbertatty
2/8/16 8:36am
again, that wasn't the argument. Bravescoug said Newton played worse and
smokymountainrain
2/8/16 8:38am
Lack of heart = playing worse. You seem to be the one with comprehension fail
LV Mike
2/8/16 8:39am
how does one measure heart? I'd say he played with plenty of "heart"
smokymountainrain
2/8/16 8:41am
If you feel that refusing to dive on a fumble right in front of him = "heart"
LV Mike
2/8/16 8:44am
Manning led offense = 17 points, Newton led offense = 10 points
workindev
2/8/16 8:45am
so turnovers by teammates, dropped passes, etc, aren't part of the
smokymountainrain
2/8/16 8:47am
Huh? Newton was directly responsible for 3 of the 4 Carolina turnovers
workindev
2/8/16 9:01am
Mrs. Newton, Cam did not play well enough to win. He is young and may make it
BYUinTX
2/8/16 9:11am
He did? Don't think so. Manning did next to nothing. He didn't turn it over
Singcat
2/8/16 8:36am
yep. both QBs played really bad. to say one clearly outplayed the other is funny
smokymountainrain
2/8/16 8:39am
I never said hey won because of Manning. I never even said he played well. I
Bravescoug
2/8/16 10:42am
13 of 23 for Manning. 18 of 41 for Newton.
Cochise Cat
2/8/16 11:49am
He turned over twice. Once on a terrible interception and the other was a fumble
