A big problem with cars from the early 90s is the 'jelly bean' look. The RX7 is one of the few cars that managed to not look like a featureless blob. Not the biggest fan of the way these cars have been modified as boy racers' wet dreams (nothing looks stupider than gigantic rear wings), but you have to acknowledge that it's one of very few cars from that era that inspires any sort of passion.
