Favors (when healthy) have both been top 40 players. Rodney Hood is probably currently a top 100 player as well. Gobert has the potential to be a top 10 player and Hood could very well make a jump to being a top 50 player. I'm not sure how much higher of a ceiling both Favors or Hayward have but could both be among the top 30 players in the league. If Gobert and Hood both improve like many on here expect they will then the Jazz would have a top 10 player, two top 30 players, a top 50 player, and whatever Exum would bring to the table. That may not be enough to actually win the championship but it is definitely enough to compete.
