You know who had the top young talent a year ago?

The year before the top 4 were the Timberwolves, Pelicans, Wizards and Cavs (pre Lebron-mostly because of Bynum and Bennett) https://sidelinesapp.com/item/top-4-breakthrough-teams-of-the-2013-14-nba-season/ (I couldn't find an ESPN article on it)
It is great to have very good young talent... it just doesn't always amount to much of anything.
