My grades increased dramatically after getting married and having kids,

respectively. One less thing to worry about and I actually got good sleep every night instead of hanging out until 1 in the morning. Plus, having a family gave me greater purpose in my studies. Kids are hard to take care of, but if your wife is solid, you're good to go.
