IMO, Jimmer had great players around him who subordinated their own scoring talent to Jimmer for the sake of the team. i believe Hartsock, Davies, Abouo, Emery, Colinsworth were all unrecognized high end D-1 players on that team.

And Hartsock was a good defender before his junior year and not really recognized until his senior year.
