Started with Anderson's movement of players to different positions.

He ran a scheme that works for the nfl, but really he put guys in the scheme with an nfl fit.

Running backs to corner, corners to safety, safeties to lb, and lb to end. He put speed on the field. Period.

I like that kalani is doing the same for us.
