So USU focuses on "developing" only 2-3 players per year? Seems to me that if

USU is so vastly superior to BYU in player development, that they should actually win games against BYU (which they rarely do). If they are so good at player development, why not develop their entire team? Because every year they have 2-3 guys who are really good, and 70+ guys who are not very good. If anything, it seems like player development is one of their biggest problems.
