Yet they somehow are able to take under recruited players (that BYU could have EASILY landed) and produce NFL prospects.
Yes, BYU does not have the available talent pool of top flight P5 programs, but it's also much better than others that have outperformed BYU in this specific disagreement. They can do better, and I'm convinced Kalani knows that as well. Just look at this actions.
Mission impact is debatable to me, personally I think the excuse is BS. Like a lot of the other excuses thrown around by our fan base trying to downplay the lack of "real" consistent success on the field over the past 20 years.
