Ran 3 miles, 4 days in a row, and my ankles feel destroyed. Need advice...
I hadn't run much in a while, but have wanted to get back into it because I have always enjoyed running.

But, after these first four days, my right ankle really hurts to walk on now. Is this normal? What would an athlete do who has this problem? Sit for a while? Run through it? Try something else? I feel like my ankles are 60 years old, and I'm only 25.
