Frame by frame does a good job of showing what happened.
That being said, throwing a punch is never acceptable. My point is that Emery didnt just decide to randomly punch the guy. My other point is that the Ute did not get punched in the face as he acted. The mere fact that he was acting goes to show it must not have hurt badly at all. It was way overblown. Once again I'll say, however, that what Emery did was completely uncalled for. Which is why I think he was correct to apologize and move on.
As far as the Nacua thing goes...that was a huge embarrassment to BYU. Trust me...he felt the ire of his own family and friends. It seems as though he has realize what a big mistake he made and he's moved on. If anybody tries to justify that, they are clearly irrational.
