You either have to call it consistently or not call it. You can't call it after the fact, because that is not fair to the teams. Otherwise, you would get a scrub on one team throw a punch whenever a star players elbow makes contact. Just because someone gets frustrated and throws a punch doesn't mean the other player should be punished. The other player should be punished based on how the game is called. Right now, the game allows for the type of play Brandon Taylor made and Emery needs to understand that and play within his emotions.
