Interesting thing is, most religions don't believe but talk like it's true
eternal marriage. Funny, ministers and priests marry a couple until death. But what then? They know they don't have power to marry a couple for eternity. But most believe in this. Wonder why more people don't have questions for their ministers and pastors. Most people would likely also believe in a Heavenly Father that you can hug. But, the Nicene Creed, which most if not all Christian churches are based on in their theology, says God us among others things "un-knowable" and has no form or shape, etc. In other words, not someone you can hug or embrace.

Friend of mine in the mission field grew up Baptist in Mississippi. Said he always believed those things, but that the doctrine of the church was never brought up or taught. Just told Bible stories all the time.

Funny, so many of those ministers seem to know more about Mormon beliefs than they know about their own churches (or at least, they don't want to teach, what their theology REALLY is).
