For the record, I'm with him. Back in 2011, the writing was on the wall that BYU and Big 12 partnership was falling apart despite all the "Done deal"... "Wednesday Presser at 3:00" posts.
2016 is following an eerily familiar script. I still remain hopeful but one thing is clear from my vantage point, this Big 12 expansion stuff sure doesn't appear to be a "Done deal". Otherwise Tom, BYU and the Big 12 are doing all they can to make it appear it isn't over for some strange unnecessary reason.
Here's hoping 2016 has a better outcome than 2011 did. Not sure I can handle 5 more years of delusional expansion rumors that never seem to favor BYU.
