going to be willing to be even 2nd in command, let alone 3rd or worse. Texas already makes a huge amount of money, they have all the power...I think a little more "prestige" of their conference is going to compel them to give up the power and control. In the BIG they'd have no other Texas teams under their thumb, no politicians able to make things happen the way they want. They'd just be a rich team in a state far from the rest of the conference...bigger, richer Nebraska.
