Let's be fair to what I said. The crazies were saying that the presidents were going to vote for expansion then and there and I said very clearly that it would not happen for a year. Tabled for a year. I gave the year of 2017, though i also heard that it could be more than a year.

So did they vote to expand? Nope. That vote comes later and expansion won't occur until 2017 at the earliest. Wow. They didn't vote against it. They didn't vote for it. Robert's Rules of Order calls that tabling. It doesn't mean that no action is taken. It means that no vote is taken.

I think I hit that square and on and I was very specific about the detail going into that meeting based on my "sources." I think those "sources' proved themselves. I am trying to be very specific about my calls so as to avoid people saying I'm just bouncing around predicting 100 different things and one or two might be right.

Tabling for a year, 2017 sounds very right and as close as anyone got to calling what was happening in that meeting. Compare and contrast the "calls" at that time.
