Memphis: Basketball, Huge sponsorship potential (Could become another Oregon/Ok St), Owns home market
Central Florida: Expands recruiting footprint, Destination city, huge enrollment/alumni base
UConn: Basketball/Olympic sports, TV market, Close-ish to WVU, Flagship school, Academics
