I even agree with some of them. For one I'm not one of the guys that feels we have to get into the Big12 just to match Utah or even to survive. I think BYU would be just fine long term as an independent. In fact up until maybe the last year I've been a proponent of BYU remaining independent but over that year I've changed my mind. The money and the access of being in a P5 is really a difference maker and I've decided the program will be better served long term in a P5 conference, any P5 conference.

But that isn't my issue with your post, I already told you what it is, you are always negative about it and now are claiming to have perhaps the closest insider info we've seen and it validates your long held desires for the program. I'm simp,y not buying it, that is just to convenient and coincidental to me.

Now if someone on here who had been been a positive person came out with your exact same claim I probably would put more stock into it, because I would know they did not have an agenda that aligned with the claim.

I'm not personally looking for anyone on here to confirm my biases or desires, I'm still a small amount conflicted on it anyway, but I'm also pretty sceptical of people posting that kind of claim confirming their own biases. Either way I'd be sceptical.
