rationale works. But then you have a bunch of ticked off conference mates.
I don't personally think Texas and Oklahoma have to win every year to maintain value. So I don't think moving is very risky for them. But I think their first choice is to leave some spots open for B12 expansion and look to add 2 to 4 valuable assets when the next GOR is up. But if it won't work, they could bail. The money will be too tempting to pass up
