The bottom line to me is this. The University of TExas should probably be the top grossing, most valuable, athletic department in the country. IF they find themselves in a situation in ~2024 where that won't be the case (or close to it), then I think they would consider moving despite the points you make. Not that I think your points are wrong, it's just that if those points conflict with the money then I think the money argument could prevail.
