I saw the actions before, during and after the punch. There is a precedent for punishing this behavior. We pretty much know everything that happened and everything that Rose had at his disposal to make the decision.
In CBB's case, we have a police report. We don't know why he did it. We don't know what was discussed before or after. We don't know anything else that Whit knows when he makes this decision.
I believe these two cases are very different. I know you don't agree with me on the Emery suspension, but hopefully you can see the differences in the two situations when deciding on a penalty.
