That's a good point... I doubt the Big 12 would be so transparent as per why. But.... they also know that BYU is not the
type of school that would sue over something like this. Not our style.
If this is true, we'll know soon enough. If BYU is out, I think it's more likely that that the admin will publicly withdraw BYU from consideration - that will be BYU's way of telling it's fans they won't change the LGBT language in the HC. They should change the language, it's stupid not to, they'll HAVE to eventually - but for now, sadly, they probably won't.
