boren went from "we are at a psychological disadvantage we need to expand" then

we wait 3 months and now he saying "well, we might not expand. who knows."

and OU beat writers say that he's against it now because his regents and boosters and even his AD castiglione doesn't really want to expand.

i get that we want them to expand and that the media was wrong last time, but that doesn't mean they are wrong every time.
