The blue turf itself, not the players or their uniforms, did mess with my eyes for about the first three steps on the turf. It was very bright and my depth perception felt funny for the first few steps. After that it was 100% normal, but the players were definitely never hard to see, even on film. Maybe we just had better tvs at little ISU than they do at Hawaii, etc.
