FOX doing nothing does leave the door open for expansion.
Sounds like FOX could still be on the hook for the pro rata clause - and FOX is rumored to still be pro-expansion.
Also, all ESPN did was bought out the pro rata clause. It doesn't mean they can't negotiate new or revised terms if the Big 12 does add new members.
