why? b12 has better geography; meaning more quality teams near their nucleus, they pay out more per team now and
they don't even have a network, they got into the playoff last year and p12 didnt, etc.
it seems more likely to me that the az schools would go to the b12 that it is that OK schools would go to the P12.
