This is big boy football - you either produce or you take a seat. It goes for
coaches, players, administrators, etc.

And what's wrong with having an opinion as a fan? It's part of what makes sports fun. Some people act like we're questioning decisions of The First Presidency when we disagree with the coaching staff on something. I think it's been ingrained in many of us to not question or criticize our leaders in any situation. That may be true for your local bishop, but DI coaches sign up for intense scrutiny. Yes, they know more about football and the team than we do, but that means we shouldn't ever disagree?

I thought Taysom would have a big year and be a contender for the Heisman. It's obvious injuries have taken their toll and he just never became the passer I thought he could. After the 1st half against UCLA, I would have gone with Tanner. Would he have done better? No one knows. I also thought it foolish for Tanner to pass on using a redshirt since I see no downside. But those are just my opinions.
