With Malt Shoppe gone, does BYU have an iconic eatery?
Anything nostalgic/landmarkish left around the campus? The Brick Oven?
Stevenettes/Malt Shoppe was owned by the same family for decades. I went there after games for shakes starting my freshman year in 1984. My in-laws went there when they were at BYU. It was a time capsule. It really had not changed much over the years. It was like Al's Diner from Happy Days. I was sad to see it closed this summer and took a few photos. Good times. RIP Stevenettes.
