We did, in fact, not realize there was a prayer happening. I know this because I was one of a few people leading the chants, and I got a healthy lashing from my fellow Zags for leading the chant into the prayer. We definitely came in amped up to get loud at the MC, but none of us were looking to offend religious traditions. It was an honest mistake.
