I'd do weights 3 times a week, and cardio the other days. Do 1-2 muscle groups
each day. Something like chest/back, shoulders/legs, and biceps/triceps/abs would work. Lots of other options as well. Do 3 sets of 10 with 2 workouts in each group. Won't get much bigger, but will be able to get toned and a little stronger.
