I do weights for 35 minutes 2x/ wk
I work out at lunch and that's all the time I can lift what with needing to shower and get to/from the gym. It seems to do me good enough.

I lift pretty quickly without much sitting around and only minimum time between sets.

1-2x wk I do cardio instead of lifting.
