However, when I look at our team this year I don't see our problem being individual talent. In fact, this is one of the more talented teams I can remember. The issue is a lack of offensive scheme and gelling as a team.

I don't look at St. Mary's and get jealous of their talent. I do get jealous of their discipline and execution.
