SUV instead of the minivan we had booked for about $200 more, but my wife really wanted the sliding doors so we stuck with our guns. They kept talking about the navigation system in the leather heated seats and blah blah blah…

but when we finally got our minivan it had leather many seats and navigation system serious satellite radio and automatic sliding doors… Much nicer than the SUV there were going to give us.

The clincher? I heard the salesman tell the family behind us that we had just took "their" minivan. Never mind that we had booked it about eight months before.
