Yep, I rented a car with National, and the guy tried to upsell me. Puzzled, I asked him if my rental was no longer
eligible for the "Emerald Aisle" (where you just go pick any car there), and he sheepishly told me that yes, it was.

I was rear ended once and my car had to be in the shop for a couple days. The other insurance paid enterprise for a rent
