UT won't back out. They have a track record of playing outside the South (unlike
many in the SEC). The Vols were in Eugene a couple years back. And they saw how many BYU fans were at MTSU and Ole Miss. They want the game to put non-con butts in Neyland in 2019 and for the trip in 2023.
