In 2013 they played @ Oregon. (A top P-5 team which fit my exception). The only other true road game that TN played (non-conference) was @ Memphis- and in-state road goad conference games are often like a home game in front of fans on the other side of the state that can't always come out. Plus, it just shows it is rare.
