picked in the 2nd half of the 1st round. Just going off that Data you are 8.5 times more likely to get an all star in the lottery then with a late 1st rounder where the Jazz pick

There are 5 All Stars that were drafted in the 2nd round, but thats over several years. In a good draft there will probably be one all star in the 2nd round. Its really hard to find that one guy that everyone else over looks.
