Public relations would be another, but I'm not sure Duke offers that. But BYU's

program hangs around top 5.

I know that overall the engineering degrees at Duke have been rated higher than BYU's, but there are some specific competencies (or subprograms) within BYU that rank near the top of the country: things like automotive design and CAD.
