I seriously doubt they were "pushed out"
Everybody knew the rules when funds for the IPF were raised.
1. It had to be paid for by the time of completion.
2. It had to have an endowment in place for its maintenance.
3. A certain percentage of its availability had to be for the use of the general student body via classes and intramurals.
Maybe there was a mix up or someone forgot, but my guess is the soccer class was scheduled a long time ago. Why are they indoors anyway? It's great weather to practice some football in today.

So, no baseball or Rugby or mens/women's soccer ever? Only football? Since there are limits to how many hours football
